Forward Health CardWisconsin has many different health care programs that can help low-income individuals and families pay for health care. The program rules and income limits are not the same for each program.

Medicaid
Medicaid is a health insurance program for those who are 65 or older, blind or disabled.  There are financial and non-financial eligibility criteria for the program. Income and assets may be considered in the eligibility decision. Learn more here.  

BadgerCare Plus
BadgerCare Plus is a health care coverage program for low-income Wisconsin residents including children, pregnant women and adults. Learn more here.
