Woman with basket of foodFoodShare helps people who have limited money buy the food they need for good health.  The amount of FoodShare benefits received is based on income and household size.  For more information about the FoodShare program, visit the Wisconsin Department of Health Services website.

Application Information
There are 4 ways to apply for FoodShare:
  • Online: ACCESS

    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM
    • Thursday 9:00 AM – 4:15 PM
    • Friday 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM 
  • Mail or Fax: Complete a paper application and mail it or fax it to

Wisconsin QUEST Card
Wisconsin uses a QUEST card to issue FoodShare benefits.  Learn more about the card and other tools to manage these food benefits.

To report a lost or stolen QUEST card, and request a replacement card, call QUEST Card Services at (877) 415-5164.
