The Family and Child Care Resource Center of Northeastern Wisconsin connects parents with quality child care options, parenting support, and early childhood resources to help families thrive. Whether you need assistance finding care, parenting workshops, or educational materials, the center is here to support you.
The Howe Community Resource Center is dedicated to supporting children and families across Brown County. Their mission is to ensure children are safe, healthy and ready and strive to empower families and provide them the resources needed to thrive.
Shelter
Freedom House provides transitional housing and comprehensive support services for families experiencing homelessness in Green Bay. Through safe shelter, case management, life skills training, and employment resources, they empower families to achieve long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
House of Hope provides safe shelter and supportive services for young parents and their children experiencing homelessness. Through housing assistance, education, employment support, and life skills training, they help families build a stable and self-sufficient future.
Food Insecurity and Concrete Needs
Manna for Life Ministries provides food, clothing, furniture, and employment resources to individuals and families in need. Through their pantry, thrift store, and community outreach programs, they strive to empower people toward stability and self-sufficiency.
Paul’s Pantry offers free groceries to low-income families while promoting dignity and self-reliance. By redistributing surplus food from the community, they help ensure that no one in Green Bay goes hungry.
Love Life Ministry provides free maternity, baby, and children’s items to families in need, ensuring that every child has the essentials for a strong start. Through community support and donations, they offer clothing, diapers, and other necessities to help parents care for their little ones.
