Children’s Services consists of the Birth to 3, Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS), and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Youth programs.
Birth to 3 - This entitlement-based, early intervention program is committed to serving families and their children under the age of 3 who have developmental delays and disabilities. “Early intervention” is the term used for the services and supports for babies and young children and their families. Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) - The CLTS Program funds community supports and services for children who have substantial limitations in their daily activities and need support to remain in their home or community. Eligible children include those with significant disabilities, which includes developmental disabilities, cognitive disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health disabilities including autism. Click here for information on CLTS.
Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) for Children and Youth - This is a psychosocial rehabilitation program for children and youth who need ongoing services for a mental illness, substance use disorder, or a dual diagnosis beyond occasional outpatient care, but less than the intensive care provided in an inpatient setting. Services provided by the CCS program are funded by Federal and State Medicaid funding sources. Click here for information on CCS for Children and Youth.
