Jail re-entry programs help people successfully transition from incarceration to their communities. Re-entry programs can improve public safety and reduce recidivism. Our Re-Entry Specialist assists individuals in connecting with community resources such as employment, housing, healthcare, parenting support, substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment, and/or other services necessary to meet their basic needs as they approach release from incarceration.
