Pretrial Supervision
Pretrial supervision is a process of monitoring the activities and behavior of people released on bond. Bond is an alternative to jail for those people charged with crimes. Pretrial supervision helps people follow the court-ordered conditions of release, which may vary depending on the case. People on pretrial supervision with Brown County Criminal Justice Services must keep in contact with their case manager and comply with their other conditions of bond for the duration of their court case or until otherwise ordered by the judge.
