The Behavioral Health Department serves Brown County residents with mental health and or substance use concerns through various programs.  The primary area of focus is individuals who are uninsured, have Medicaid, or otherwise cannot get their service needs met in the community.  Uninsured individuals will be assessed for a sliding fee scale of payment.
